NOIR is a world born in a design studio where it feels as if nature is taking a shower, reaching all the way to Venus’s luxurious pyramids, sketching body stories into perfume formulas. It has transformed workshop collections like "The Body’s Scent Memory" and "Skin Games" into immersive experience centers.

In 1988, F.C. Chander, who lived in France and collaborated with many brands, passed down all his exclusive fragrance formulas to his grandson, C. Mandev, in 2009. Inspired by these unique creations in a boutique fragrance studio, MANDEV, together with his wife K. Mandev, began presenting rare and captivating raw materials in a store concept called the "Scent Museum" at their Nişantaşı location.

They continue to craft iconic perfume collections, which are still sold today, for guests coming from various parts of the world. From the moment it was founded, NOIR left behind the existing perfume culture and initiated Turkey’s first niche fragrance journey. By blending unique fragrance formulas with rare ingredients, they add new designs to their collections each year.

Currently, they collaborate with several brands in different regions, primarily in France.
